Disposable 90mm PP injection-molded sip lids with flip-top spout — in white, black and transparent, plus custom colors on request. Fits 12oz/16oz paper cups and 90mm plastic cups. Stronger than thermoformed lids, leak-resistant, food-grade.
Our 90mm PP injection sip lids are built for disposable and everyday reliability. Made by injection molding with food-grade PP, these lids are stronger, more rigid and more resistant to cracking than standard thermoformed lids — ideal for busy beverage service, delivery and takeaway.
The flip-top sip spout lets customers open and drink directly, then snap closed to keep the drink protected and leak-free between sips.
Designed to fit 12oz/16oz paper cups and 90mm plastic cups, this lid covers both hot-drink paper cups and standard cold-drink plastic cups — one lid for multiple cup types.
Available in three standard colors — white, black and transparent — with custom colors available on request. If you want lids that match your brand identity, we can produce them in your brand color (custom color molded in, not printed — color won’t fade or wear off).
Each lid carries a recycling mark and is food-grade and BPA-free, safe for all beverage applications.
